You have to imagine first. You have to find a quiet place to sit and think for 5 to 10 minutes.  See yourself as the Great Being that you are.  You have been Great since you were born.  You are Great in 2022.  You are great in the future, forever! (He is paraphrasing what the  Lubavitcher Rebbe said).
