This says:  what we think and believe, we are NOW creating a spiritual reality which is also a tangible or physical reality, too.  

Basically, we need to put forth good thoughts, which creates good spiritual realities and tangible (physical) realities, too.

That wild and crazy idea of yours, believed in, is now real.

How to EXPAND time !

 In a video called "How to use your time to the fullest", the Rabbi  Leibel  Altein says: "Every second you're there, you're there for ever and ever." (He is paraphrasing what the  Lubavitcher Rebbe said).
